Today, Tygon S-50-HL Medical and Surgical Tubing continues to be the tubing of choice for bypass procedures as well as for use in numerous clinical, biological and pharmaceutical applications. 	Tygon S-54-HL Microbore Tubing Introduced in 1964, Tygon S-54-HL Microbore Tubing is a variation of S-50-HL that has been stiffened to reduce kinking problems experienced in certain applications such as draining blood from the body to a perfusion resevoir. Select Tygon S-54-HL Microbore Tubing for intravenous and arterial infusion as well as other surgical, hospital and laboratory applications. It is flexible enough to permit use of a single size tubing with several different needle gauges, yet sufficiently rigid to minimize the danger of wall collapse.
