5M, 7M and 11M V-Belts - Thermoid Novex V-Belts

5M, 7M and 11M Thermoid Novex V-belts are specially designed to run over small sheave diameters at high speed ratios. Novex V-belts allow use of narrow sheaves, small sheave diameters and short centers for compact drives. The special ribbed top on Novex V-belts provides traverse rigidity without increasing bending stresses. This keeps Novex V-belts running cool which means added life. Novex V-belt compounds have a high degree of friction which allows the use of 60° belt angle. This provides for better support of the tension member.
